Store Policy

All items are shipped via U.S. Postal Service and take approximately 5-9 business days. Made to order are 1-2 weeks for production. Once items are shipped, tracking numbers will be sent to the email address provided with the purchase. 

DOPETAVIO is not responsible for any lost items. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it.  You must take this up with the United States Postal Service. 

DOPETAVIO does not hold responsibility for packages that state "delivered."

If items have not been received, they can be located by using the tracking number or contacting your local post office.

SAMPLE SALES ARE FINAL!!

All items must be returned to DOPETAVIO within 10 days of receipt. Items must be unworn and unwashed with original tags attached. If an item is not returned in the same condition in which it was sent, it will be denied.

Returns for a refund to your original payment method (i.e. credit card, Paypal) will require a handling & processing fee of $5.99, which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to you. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
